County High School, that is not all that keeps Racer busy. She is also the coach of Jacob’s younger brother, Joshua who plays on the RCSA U6 team.
Racer took the opportunity of meeting the DC United team and had them sign two jerseys for her. One will be framed with the letter written by her son. The other has been donated to Shay Bell, the coach of the boys’ varsity soccer team at Rappahannock County High School as an award for the “Super Camper” in the coach’s summer camp, June 27 - July 1.
“I remember one of the • Athletic Directors that used to be in Rappahannock had a motto, ‘Find a way or make a way.’ I guess that is what I am doing for soccer in this county,” Racer said.
