This position will report to the Budget Manager and is primarily responsible for preparing and administering the Capital Improvement Program iCIP), Capital Asset Replacement Program (CARP) and Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) and in annual budget process. This position provides technical assistance to departments with capital project development and cost review, including facilitation of cost estimation review process: provides technical support for budget adjustments; acts as the primary resource for information on the development and implementation of the Loudoun C ounty Public Schools operating and capital budgets; functions as the lead analyst for the cap'tal budget team; provides land development referrals for capital facility proffers and provides technical financial support for the capital facility proffer management process. Requirements are any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Master’s degree in public administration. accounting and or a closely related fields and foir vears directly related experience.
