Special use permit
Council heard a request from Eddie Fletcher, Facilities Manager of the Inn at Little Washington to convert existing retail space at 371 Main Street, the former Rare Finds building, into overnight accommodations. The right side of the building would service one guest, according to Fletcher, with the left side being a guest commons area.
McCarthy advised that the venture does meet with all zoning requirements of the county, including the parking arrangement, which allows for three spaces behind the building.
