The sun did shine on Rappahannock’s annual Relay for Life which took place Saturday, May 21 and Sunday, May 22 at Rappahannock County Elementary School.
The walkers greeted the sun and nice weather with so much enthusiasm.
The Relay for Life is the annual fund raising event of the Rappahannock County unit of the American Cancer Society. It is an opportunity both to pay tribute to loved ones and friends who have struggled with cancer and to help fight a disease that claims so many lives.
A good way to participate is to join or sponsor a team or generously contribute to a team from year to year.
