Thanks to a host of favorable factors, including a perfect spring day with bright sun and blue skies, the Rappahannock Historical Society’s annual fundraising benefit held this past Saturday at historic Jessamine Hill Farm met all expectations of the organization.
Its success is a special tribute to the hard work of so many people, including the organizers and volunteers, the generous business people of Rappahannock county who donated food for the sumptuous buffet, and the extraordinary hospitality of the farm’s owner, John Anderson and his family.
