James F. Massie, Sr. and family upon the death of his wife, Beverly Deane Ribble Massie of Amissville, who died on Friday, May 20 at her resident.
Mrs. Massie served on the Rappahannock County School Board for 23 years and served as Chairman for 18 years. Our prayers and thoughts are with the family.

For those driving past Phil Irwin’s Caledonia Farms on Monday, it was quite a sight to see the large RV and photo crew traipsing across the landscape.
Lands End catalog was onsite, with models posing for the company’s fall/winter issue, using the Rappahannock County landscape as a backdrop.
Unfortunately, no photos could be taken of the photoshoot, but it was fun to watch anyway.
