Evelyn Thompson, 59, of Flint Hill, Va. failed to yield the right of way while driving a 1988 Cadillac Fleetwood, hit- ting a 2004 Tbyota Ram 4 driven by Emory Addison, 53, of ;Rixeyville, Va. on Saturday, May 21. . . Damage estimates to 1 Thompson’s vehicle were $3000, while damage to Addison’s vehicle was estimated at $6000. " * I Thompson, a 10 year-old ♦and a 13 year-old male and Addison were all treated for minor injuries at the scene.

Trooper Corbett of the -Virginia State Police charged . Thompson with failure to yield ; the right of way. Accident on Rt. 211

' Park Soon, 56, of Irvine, Ca. - lost control of the 2005 Chrysler Van she was driving on Tuesday, May 24, striking a tree on Rt. 211, just west of Rt. 229.

Trooper Kelly of the Virginia State Police charged Soon with failure to maintain control.

There were no reported injuries in the accident.

DUI

Jennifer Lynn Gibbs, 44, of Front Royal was stopped on May 22 as her vehicle headed toward Front Royal on Route 522.

Deputy Robbie Fincham of the Rappahannock County Sheriffs Office charged Gibbs with driving under the influence of alcohol.
