I think we all know that.
More importantly, he also posits that from a rough graph he has made of the change in crude oil prices, overlaid with the retail price of automotive gasoline, that these two track hand in hand when the crude oil prices are increasing, but, when crude oil prices come down, amazingly, there is a lag in the fall of the retail prices to match the fall in the price of crude.
