‘Homecoming’ at Scrabble School

The Directors of the Scrabble School Preservation Foundation will sponsor the First Annual “Scrabble School Homecoming” to be held at the Mount Lebanon Baptist Church in Scrabble on October 29, 2005, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Activities will include a picnic at Mount Lebanon with entertainment provided by local music groups.

Tours of the old Scrabble School building will be conducted. Additionally, stories offered by alumni and friends about “school, days’ at Scrabble will be recorded for placement in the planned archives pertaining to the school.

This event will be a fun time with food, music and memories.

Donations will be accepted for the food with all other activities free.
