Kevin Day and daughter, 4-H member Carly are getting the freshest vegetables to use in their chili for the 4-H Chili Cook-Off Bluegrass Festival to be held on November 6th from 2-6 p.m. at the Rappahannock County High School. Advanced tickets are available at the Beauty Box in Washington, Drum and Strum in Warrenton and Culpeper Music Store. Advance tickets are $10. At the door, $12. Students are $5 and children under 5 are free.'
