OFFICIAL VOTING INFORMATION

The Constitution of Virginia requires that you be registered in the precinct in which you live in order to be qualified to vote.

In order to be eligible to vote in the General Election, to be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2005. you must register no later than 4:00 P.M. on Tuesdav, October 11. 2005.

For the convenience of eligible citizens, the Voter Registration Office of Rappahannock County located at 262A Gay Street will be open for registration Monday - Fridav 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. y -*The

office at 262A Gay Street will also be open on Saturdays, October 29 and November 5, 2005, from 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. for the convenience of registered voters who need to vote by absentee ballot for this election date. Absentee ballots may be voted weekdays between the hours of 8.00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Registrar’s office at the above address. Proper I.D. wiil be required to vote absentee.

All requests for reasonable accommodations due to a disability should be made to the registrar with at least a 48-hour notice.
