Historically speaking, for more than 40 years, this distinctive property was known as the “Brady House,” its previous owners being the Moffett H. Brady family from whom it was purchased by the Worley’s two years ago. Built in 1920 by Dr. L. C. Haynes, the house had a succession of owners, including Otto Gilbert and the Nicholson family.
The Dried Flower Sale and House Tour is scheduled for Saturday, October 15 from 11: 00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, October 16 from 1.00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tea will be served in the afternoon both days from 2:00 until 5 p.m. at the Middleton Inn in Little Washington. Tickets per house are $10.00. Block tickets for all three houses are $20.00.
