Antique lovers will be interested in Sid Worley’s large collection of old clocks as well as paintings and memorabilia from Mary Catherine Worley’s life as a rider, trainer, and owner of race horses. There is even an antique silver set inherited from Mary Catherine’s South Carolina family, saved from an old plantation home near Charleston where it was buried during the Civil War to avoid being stolen by looters.
Victorian and Early American antiques are found throughout the house. Among the more notable are:
