I wonder if that is true. If it is true, I wonder why it is true.
Could it be that there is some hesitancy, somewhere in the’chain, to lower the value of the inventory when the price of crude oil goes down? Could it be that the owners of inventory, at different points along the supply line, do not use the same dispatch to lower the price as they do to increase the price? That’s possible, I guess. Maybe it’s just human nature. Maybe all businesses want their inventory sold at the highest price possible
