“Yes, it’s completed,* said a relieved Patrick O’Connell who is now the sole proprietor of The Inn at Little Washington and all of its real estate holdings in the county.
Former business partners Reinhardt Lynch and O'Connell have been in months of arbitration proceedings to reconcile their business differences associated with Culinary Concepts Corporation. Both were 50 percent shareholders and directors.
O’Connell and Lynch had amassed more than 20 properties totaling roughly 21 acres in
