invites the community to its Eleventh Annual Church Variety Show this Saturday, Jan. 27 at 7 p.m. at The Theatre at Washington. The theme this year is “God is Good.” A chili and soup supper is offered in the church fellowship hall from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
There is no cost for either of these activities, but donations to the church long- term maintenance fund will be accepted. For more information you may call the church office at 675-3336.
Our community is deeply saddened by the death of Dr. Thomas Edward Lee, Jr. of Washington. He passed away on Sunday, January 20 at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Washington Baptist Church.
