A murder
Pierce said that after the assault, she changed her clothes and woke up Ira Wayne Cloniger, who was still asleep in the pickup. According to Pierce’s testimony, the first thing that Cloniger had said was, “Did he touch you?" and I said Teah, he touched me, he f—ing raped me,” said Pierce.
Upon hearing this, Pierce said that Cloniger ran into the house and jumped on Fletcher who was lying on the couch and confronted him. Pierce said that she remained outside but was able to see through the door as Cloniger straddled Fletcher, and heard him yelling, “Do you want to f— my old lady!?”
