Dr. Lee was born October 18,. 1960 in Front Royal, the son of Loretta Sutphin Lee of Washington, and the late Thomas Edward Lee, Sr.
He was the owner of Horizon Chiropractic in Warrenton and was a member of Washington Baptist Church.
Mr. Lee is survived by his mother, along with his beloved friend, Kirsten L. Williams of Washington; one son Thomas Edward Lee, III of Front Royal; two brothers
