The clerk from the Fredericksburg ABC store then picked Harris’s picture out of a photo lineup, the sheriff’s office report said.
Spotsylvania County Sheriff Howard Smith said photos used in such procedures are obtained either from arrest records or from the Department of Motor Vehicles. Harris said the photo on his driver’s license is three years old.
