Check the internet. It turns out an Nm is, “the unit of force which imparts to a mass of one kilogram an acceleration of one meter per second per second,”

Here in God’s country we measure that in foot-pounds, and my torque wrench, made in the good ol’ USofA, measures only in foot-pounds. Internet to the rescue.
To convert Newton meters into foot-pounds, multiply Newton meters by 0.7380. Simple as that.
I took the little pocket calculator to the garage'...in my pocket...did some multiplying and torqued the front axle bolt, the front fork pinch bolts, brake calipers front and rear, and the rear wheel lug bolts. Job complete, test ride checks out OK, return the bike to the customer.
