In terms of the Dominion power line issue, the most critical committees in the Virginia General Assembly are the Courts of Justice (which would deal with eminent domain issues), and Commerce and Labor (for transmission lines and the SCC) committees in both houses. Delegates Plum, Callahan and Jones serve on the House Commerce and Labor Committee; Del. Moran serves on House Courts of Justice, where Del. Albo is the chairman.
