Konick agreed that the ordinance currently specifies no permit may be issued for flood plain property as shown on the zoning map.
“We can't authorize any use except what is permitted by this ordinance,” Kramer continued, reading over the list of uses for flood plain ennumerated in the zoning regulations: recreational uses, plant nurseries, forestry, fences, pipe lines and pumping stations and agricultural and conservation uses.
