When asked what role he would play in the process, Del. Rollins said he would "talk to the Democratic friends I have and explain to them... the logic of why these two judges should come from Loudoun.”
Other Republican legislators representing the 20th district indicated they would play little if any role in the process.
“I don’t even know the people.” Sen. Truban said, when asked whom he would support. “We Republicans don’t have any input whatsoever.”
Del. Beard, when asked who he would support said “Nobody has said anything to me about it. They (the Democrats) leave us out of it completely.”
Del. Guest indicated that
