Board member Robert Eastham handed out copies of an insurance report drawn up by himself and Nelson Lane as a committee of two. He noted that the enclosed recom mendations—which weren't ennumerated publicly—on broadening coverage call for a premium increase of $3,771. The board agreed to study the committee's proposals and act on them at the March 16 meeting in time for Estabrook to plug figures for premiums into the proposed 1982-83 budget.
