Mr. and Mrs. Ned Jones Jr., Will and Kristin of Raleigh. N. C. spent the weekend with his mother, Mrs. E. M. Jones. They we^e joined Saturday by Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kite, Sara. Frances and Jackie of Luray and attended the Point-toPoint races. On Sunday Mrs. E M. Jones and Mrs. Kite were co-hostess to a party for Kristen’s sixth birthday. In addition to the other children Alice Reeve attended.

Mr. and Mrs. Steve Lockheart of Front Royal were Friday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Campbell.

Winston Kemper of Manassas and Mrs. Gladys Bowie of Culpeper were dinner guests Sunday of Mrs. Alice R. Wood and Ms. Frances Conover and daughters.

Miss Liz Dooney of Philadelphia, Pa. spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Newbill Miller and sons at ‘‘The Maples".

Mr. and Mrs. Roy Alther and children of Sperryville visited Mrs. Gabe Burke Sunday. Mrs. Robert Bridges has returned home after spending three weeks in Florida. Her daughter, Mrs. Sharon Wood, Erin and Taylor of Charlottesville spent a week there. They were joined by Mr, and Mrs. George Davis and visited Col. and Mrs. E. A. McNear at Madiera Beach.
