with Fauquier for building inspection services. The agreement expired June 30.
Under the terms of the contract, Fauquier is to provide building inspection services to Rappahannock with inspections scheduled in groups at times mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Rappahannock is to perform enforcement actions ‘‘to the fullest extent possible” and to carry insurance covering liability or loss arising from acts, errors or omissions by Fauquier personnel.
The contract sets fees at:
—$100 per permit issued for inspection required for new construction which ordinarily includes rough-in, final electrical and final inspection for occupancy. (Rappahannock personnel have responsibility for inspecting footings.)
—$35 for a special trip from Warrenton to make a one-time inspection such as electrical only, farm buildings, pools, mobile homes and the like.
