Legal Services: The Area Agency on Aging has a very small contract with Rappahannock Legal Services, Inc. to provide attorneys' services for a limited number of older people who require specialized assistance with wills, public benefit problems, domestic disputes, etc.
Discount Programs: Older persons are provided with an identification card which can be presented to participating merchants to obtain a discount on goods purchased. Merchants are encouraged to participate on a voluntary basis. Listings of businesses and the discounts they offer are published quarterly. RSVP volunteers currently operate the discount
