Jenkins
McKinley Jenkins, 82, died Sunday, July 4, 1982, at his residence at Reva.
Funeral services were conducted on July 7 at the Geest-Johnson Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Kenneth Honeycutt. Burial with military honors was in Fairview Cemetery.
He was the son of Henry B. and Homie Berry Jenkins.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Maxie Nicholson Jenkins; four sons, McKinley Jenkins Jr., Roy Jenkins and Sam Jenkins, all of Culpeper, and Hugh Vern Jenkins of Baltimore, Md., and seven daughters, Mrs. Lucy Johnson and Mrs. Frances Ryan, both of Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Gladys Compton, Mrs. Ella Gore, Mrs. Katherine Estes and Mrs. Betty Lou Gore, all of Culpeper, and Mrs. Shirley Dodson of Amissville.
Also surviving are one brother, Clifton Jenkins of Baltimore, Md.; 41 grandchildren, 59 greatgrandchildren and 10 greatgreat-grandchildren.
