Henry's purpose in holding the meeting was to develop a working relationship between members of the Federal Land Bank and the realtors, as well as to acquaint the Realtors with the Land Bank’s policies.
Henry first gave the history of the Farm Credit System which began back in 1916 as a Federally -funded organization. The initial funding provided by the government was reimbursed in 1927, after which the Farm Credit System became and has remained— an entirely
