ROTC Basic
sophomores who have not taken ROTC courses the chance to enter the program. The camp also qualifies high school graduates for the ROTC program at any of the nation’s six military junior colleges.
During the encampment, cadets received training in basic rifle marksmanship, military drill and ceremonies, communications and individual and small unit tactics.
Eastham plans to enter the ROTC program at Valley Forge Junior Military College, Wayne, Pa. He is a 1979 graduate of RandolphMacon Academy in Front Royal.
