Mr. Hoare has an impressive educational background in environmental studies and landscape architecture. He has served as visiting lecturer at Cambridge Polytechnic Institute and the University of Virginia. He expresses his interest in living in Rappahannock County where the topography and small villages remind him of hi* home in Dorset, Eng.and. Mr. Hoare has been generous in donating his time to make a projected , plan for the Garden Club’s community project to landscape the grounds at the Historical Building and county court house. He presented Phase II of his plan at this meeting. These will be submitted to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
