—Rappahannock News Pholo/T. Reynolds CHOSEN for Boys’ State in Lynchburg this summer are RCHS juniors Chris Caperton (1) and Eugene Grigsby. The boys were selected by Rappahannock teachers based on a combination of grades, athletics and leadership qualities. Chris is the son of Lewis and Shirley Clark of Flint Hill. Eugene is the son of Annie Cook of Flint Hill and Joe Grigsby of Amissville.
