Mrs. Weiland Bond Flynt, 81, of Washington, died Thursday, April 28, 1983, at Royal Haven Nursing Home in Front Royal.
Mrs. Flynt was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington. She was a lifetime member of the Virginia Garden Club. A native of Ennis, Ellis County, Texas, her parents were the late Henry Lewis and Alice Ellen Lofland Bond. She was the widow of Elmo Denton Flynt.
Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Vinita B. Davis of Denton, Texas; a brother, Henry L. Bond of Shreveport, La., and a number of nieces and nephews.
Memorial services were conducted at Trinity Episcopal Church on Sunday, May 1, by the Rev. Jennings Hobson. Burial was in Arlington National Cemetery.
Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of arrangements.
