Guest has a special interest in farm properties, and the computer comes in particularly handy when buyers are seeking a combination of many specific requirements for a successful farm.
Armfield Properties is also interested in developing properties. “The area surrounding Dulles is the fastest-growing area in the whole country,” she said.
All this talk about super computers, large farms and development shouldn’t scare a young couple seeking a modest homestead or house in town. “We’re so anxious to help those starting out,” Guest said. “We’ll analyze their situation and help them figure out if it’s time to stop renting and start buying. (We also handle rental properties). If they do decide to buy, we’ll try to find the right place for them.”
