Thornhill has also been active in the family beef cattle and crop operation run in partnership by her husband, David, his brother, C.G. Thornhill, their father, Gordon Thornhill, manager of the Rappahannock Farmers’ Cooperative. “I learned how to rake hay this week. Everybody pitches in,” the new extension agent reported.
