torney Baumgardner by telephone, Miller suggested that the town move up its August meeting to the first Wednesday, August 3. At this time a public hearing will be held and four weeks will remain for advertising purposes before the September meeting, September 14.
With a nomination by Taylor Updike and a second by Brad Fisher, the council agreed to advertise the draft ordinance which is proposed to remain in force for 25 years.
