Clyde Fincham

Rappahannock Native

Clyde Clifton Fincham, 60, of Rixeyville, died on Monday, July 11, 1983, at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.

A native of Rappahannock County, he was the son of the late Hubert and Lillie Smith Fincham. He was a tree surgeon.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Louise Settle Fincham; a daughter, Mrs. Linda Lou Cole of Kixeyville; two sons, Wayne Fincham of Rixeyville and Steve Fincham of Culpeper and three grandchildren.

Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Margie Frazier of Front Royal and Miss Catherine Fincham of Staunton; two brothers, Hugh Fincham of Front Royal and Billy Fincham of Slate Mills and two halfbrothers, J.B. Pullen and Willis Pullen, both of Front Royal.

Funeral services were conducted on Thursday at Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper by the Rev. Edward Hawkins. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper.
