Lewis C. Nelson, formerly of Rappahannock County, and a nephew of Mrs. Ethel Cooksey, in Amissville, Va. has recently returned to his home in Washington, D. C. after a tour of the World Trade Center, 107th floor in New York City, the U. S. Military Academy at West Point, New York on the scenic Hudson River, Montreal and Quebec, Canada, also Vermont.
