loss of control over their use once they are distributed. This does not mean that these printed materials should not be used or are inherently bad. Quite the opposite is true; they serve to inform the general public of a choice in candidates for a political office, but more importantly they serve to stimulate interest in our elective processes in general. This is where they do their most good, by providing the extra stimulus that would force an otherwise disinterested person to vote. Isn’t that the American way?
