Donald Chandler, AIA, co-instructor and director of SPECTRA, was a practicing architect in McLean for twenty years before moving his practice to Flint Hill a year ago. Chandler has a bachelor’s degree of architecture from North Carolina State College and has been an instructor of architecture at Northern Virginia Community College.
