Kappahannock 8 senior citizen group from the county’s nutrition site traveled to the Hayloft Dinner Theater in Manassas on February 7.

The seniors enjoyed an elaborate buffet that included roast beef, poached cod fish, sliced turkey and countless vegetables and side dishes. After dinner, they saw a performance of the musical comedy, “They’re Playing Our Song.”

Organizers of the outing report that everyone had a fine time. The evening was made possible through a donation from the Rappahannock County Woman’s Club’s fashion show proceeds.
