Majorie’s Shrimp Mold
2 small cans shrimp, drained
1 can tomato soup
Vi cup chopped spring onions
y* cup chopped celery
y> cup mayonnaise
1 large package cream cheese
l'/z packages gelatin
Mix gelatin with 3 tablespoons soup and 2 tablespoons water. Add remaining soup and heat until gelatin is dissolved. Cool. Add mayonnaise and cream cheese. Spray mold with Pam or wipe with vegetable oil. Pour a little liquid in mold to make a smooth surface when inverted.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour into mold. Refrigerate until set. Serve with pumpemickle triangles or choice of bread or crackers.
