Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Crane of Lanham, Md. spent the weekend with the latter’s mother, Mrs. Moffett Brady. Visiting on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Clarence McCulloch of Fairfax.

Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Nethers of Stephens City were Sunday guests of Mrs. Robert Nethers.

Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Smoot of Culpeper were Sunday visitors of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.O. Smoot.

Mrs. Barbara Gentry spent last week in Washington, D.C. attending a meeting of the Advisory Board of Retired Postmasters of the National Association of Postmasters at the Wash-' ington Hilton Hotel there. She attended the legislative luncheon there on Wednesday. There were 3500 postmasters in attendance with ■300 Virginia postmasters present. Mrs. Mary Curtis arrived on Wednesday for the remainder of the week.

Mr. and Mrs. Russell Nicholson of Front Royal were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Grady Vest. The Nicholsons were celebrating their twenty-second wedding anniversary.

Miss Missy Dennis of Castleton, Crystal Vest and Doris Vest motored to the Fair Oaks mall at Fairfax recently.
