Hash bananas and aet aside. In a large bowl beat sugar with the oil. Add eggs, bananas and milk; mix well. Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder and add to banana mixture, beating wefl. Add the vanilla and raisins. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 860 degrees for 1 hour. Dust with a sifting of powdered sugar after removing from pan.
