But for them to spend thousands more of the money paid in taxes by all other Rappahannock citizens to dig holes shows complete irresponsibility for the justifiable rights of all the citizens. If they are determined to spend more thousands in this completely unnecessary maneuver let the three of them pay the bill out of their own pockets.
I believe they would think again before doing that, which is the only moral way to satisfy their distrust of the citizens who have already gone over this ground and found it a disaster.
