NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Pursuant to Section 16-2-3(1) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, and Section 13.1-431 of the 1930 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 20, 1984 at 2:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider die following applications: 1. APPEAL No. 262: Richard H. Suib and others have appealed a decision of the Zoning Administrator that the organization of a private hunt club, the leasing of approximately 312 acres off State Route 629 in Bean Hollow near Flint Hill in Wakefield Magisterial District to said hunt club by the landowner, and hunting for wild game upon said lands by the members of said club is not “a use of land” regulated by the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, or that such uses are permitted by right pursuant to Section 3-1-1(3) of the Oidiniuice. 2. Special Use Permit Application No. 266: Florence H. Cover has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Section 2-1 -2( 19) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973 to construct a second dwelling on 8.1 acres located on State Route 669 in Amissville, Jackson Magisterial District (Tax Map reference no. 33-3/3B). 3. Special Use Permit Application No. 267: Mr. and Mrs. Wm. B. Pierce have applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Section 2-1-2(14) or (20) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973 to establish a Bed and Breakfast oo5taut,Route 604, SlateMiUs.m SWpew»H.
