Richard McNear, consultant to the Planning Commission, confirmed the 25-acre minimum lot size proposed for an agricultural district. He explained that a 25-acre lot in an agricultural zone could be divided among immediate family members into two-acre minimum tracts. Immediate family includes mother, father, brother, sister, sons and daughters at this point in the proposed zoning document, he said.
