INVITATION FOR BIDS
You are invited to submit a bid for the house and approximately 16.29 acres of land owned by the late Annie Atkins Cooke of Amissville, Rappahannock County, Virginia. The land lies on the north side of U.S. Route 211 between Ben Venue and Amissville. The property has a modem partially brick house thereon and is a most desirable property.
The terms of sale will be cash with 10% deposit within five days after the date of acceptance of the bid, with settlement of sale within thirty days after acceptance of bid. The sale will be subject to all valid and existing conditions, easements, rights of way, roadways, reservations, graveyards, and restrictions, if any, heretofore imposed upon said property by prescription, recorded deed or plat and which may be disclosed by an inspection of the premises or which may be binding thereon.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject any and all bids because of inadequacy of price.
Bids must be submitted to the undersigned in writing on or before noon on December 11,1984, the time at which the bids wiH be opened. The high bidder will be notified of the acceptance of his offer promptly upon acceptance.
All bids must be in writing and should be in a small sealed envelope and placed in a larger envelope addressed to the undersigned.
