Four concerts for the 1985-86 season were selected when the officers and directors of the Community Concerts Association held a dinner meeting at the Culpeper Holiday Inn on Novembers.
Miss Susan T. Scott, representative of the Community Concerts division of Columbia Artists, Inc., New York, presented available attractions and solo artists. The four concerts chosen were “Manhattan Rhythm Kings,” “Kalidoscopio of Greece,” “Frank LoPardo,” tenor soloist, and “Bonn Germany Wind Quintette.”
Community Concerts officers include president, Robert D. Dundas; president-elect, Mrs. George L. Taylor, secretary, Mrs. James R. McCullough; treasurer, Rawley T. Coleman; concert chairman, Miss Donna Stewart; and headquarters secretary, Mrs. J. Jackson Fray.
