knew how many people live in the house on Lot F and how many can the residents have. Saltonstall replied that there are three adults living there and no children although she does not check on her tenants, and she said that she did not know how many can they have.
Kramer moved that since one acre out of 27 would not mean that an area should be agricultural instead of conservation that Lot F should be found to be conservation. That motion was approved unanimously. Kramer also moved that Lot G should be placed in a conservation district, too, and that motion was approved unanimously.
One of the requirements that the BZA must meet in order to decide a special use permit application is that the members are to perform an on-site inspection. Monahan made a motion to carry the Saltonstall special use permit applications over until the next meeting to give him time to make an inspection since he joined the Board after an inspection had been made.
In other business, the Board approved a special use permit for Eric Kvarnes to manufacture hand blown glass in Sperryville. Kvarnes will also operate a retail store for his products at a site on Route 211.
